You can choose to share your projects with specific users or groups of users so they, too, can access your project.
- Go to the Project menu
- Select groups of users or individual users from the respective lists.
- Tick the box to select users you want to give access
- Select “read-only” option if you don’t want the user modify the project
- Don’t forget to save your selections with the “tick” button, once you are done.
